Visit to Mainz Japanese Supplementary School
We recently had the opportunity for Director Okazaki to visit the Mainz Japanese Supplementary School and interact with the students and their parents. The parents and children actively asked questions about Director Okazaki's talk, making for a very productive discussion where ideas were exchanged. Furthermore, through this discussion, several commonalities were discovered, such as being based in the city of Mainz and engaging in the development of Japanese individuals. It was a very valuable opportunity to discuss beneficial ways to collaborate in the future. FC Basara Mainz will continue to operate as a club that connects Asia and Germany, aiming to give dreams and hope to children.

Announcement: The Last Home Game in Bretzenheim
On November 16, 2024, FC BASARA Mainz played its last match on its home ground, where it had played for 10 years since its establishment.On the day, a booth was set up to look back on the club's 10-year history with photos and uniforms from that time. People who had been involved with FC BASARA Mainz over the years visited the venue, and they seemed to be delighted to reunite after a long time and enjoy reminiscing.The match ended in a resounding 3-0 victory, allowing us to conclude our time at the ground where we had played for 10 years on a high note.Even after moving to the new ground, we, FC BASARA Mainz, will continue to fight for promotion to the 5th division. Announcement Regarding Participation in the Frankfurt Japanese Business Association Futsal Tournament
Recently, Manager Okazaki and players from FC BASARA Mainz had the opportunity to participate as referees in a futsal tournament organized by the Japanese Business Association of Frankfurt. This tournament is held annually as a venue for fostering interaction and friendship between Japanese and German employees, and FC BASARA Mainz has been involved in it for some time. Furthermore, thanks to the arrangements made by the organizers, we were gratefully given many opportunities to promote FC BASARA Mainz, including children's events and a talk session by Manager Okazaki. This allowed us to expand the club's outreach activities in the Frankfurt area! FC BASARA Mainz will continue to strive as a football club that connects Japan and Germany through such activities, while also actively engaging in activities in the Frankfurt area.

Report on the Autumn Soccer Camp
From October 14th to 16th, 2024, a soccer camp was held with the sponsorship of MB Metalldesign. Coach Okazaki also participated as a special coach.Over 20 children participated on the day, enjoying soccer with joyful expressions throughout. However, when it came to game-based activities, their expressions changed completely, and they played with all their might, showing a strong desire not to lose.For lunch, Vis a Vis provided pasta and Niko Niko Tei provided curry rice, which the children thoroughly enjoyed!For us at FC Basara Mainz, it was also a very valuable opportunity to learn the true joy of soccer from the children. The next soccer camp is scheduled to be held around Easter 2025 (mid-April). We look forward to your participation!
