On November 16, 2024, FC BASARA Mainz played its last match on its home ground, where it had played for 10 years since its establishment.
On the day, a booth was set up to look back on the club's 10-year history with photos and uniforms from that time. People who had been involved with FC BASARA Mainz over the years visited the venue, and they seemed to be delighted to reunite after a long time and enjoy reminiscing.
The match ended in a resounding 3-0 victory, allowing us to conclude our time at the ground where we had played for 10 years on a high note.
Even after moving to the new ground, we, FC BASARA Mainz, will continue to fight for promotion to the 5th division. We ask for your continued support!

KG as our Official Presentation Wear Sponsor and Official Youth Development Sponsor. 【Comment on the Sponsorship Agreement】 Sascha Galinski, Managing Director of PLATINUM GmbH & Co. KG: “The partnership with FC BASARA Mainz/Hyogo brings together many of the things that also define PLATINUM: ambitious goals, a strong drive to continuously grow and evolve, and, above all, people who are passionate about making a difference and share the right values. We are particularly inspired by Basara’s approach of combining football with a social and cultural program, supporting children and young people from Germany and Japan not only in their athletic development, but also in their personal growth while bringing cultures closer together. In Shinji Okazaki and the entire Basara team, we have found partners who are also a great fit for us on a personal level. At the same time, we share a strong ambition for growth. PLATINUM dog and cat food are available in Japan for many years, but we are now ready to take the next major step in this important market. We are excited to take that journey together with Basara – in Mainz, in Japan, and beyond.” 【Company Profile】PLATINUM GmbH & Co.
