From March 12th to 17th, players from FC BASARA HYOGO U-18 embarked on an overseas expedition, visiting Mainz for six days. During their stay, they held an exchange meeting with Chairman Takashi Yamashita and Head Coach Shinji Okazaki.
This expedition was the Basara Group's first visit to Germany and was realized as part of the group's commitment to creating an environment that supports overseas challenges.
During the exchange, Chairman Yamashita conveyed that "to become a professional, it is crucial to shift to a professional standard of living and thinking." Head Coach Okazaki delivered a message stating, "Instead of blaming others, I want you to become a team that points the arrow at yourselves and acts proactively."
The players actively asked questions, listening intently to the words of the two individuals with extensive experience in Europe. Their demeanor showed a strong determination not to miss a single word.
We hope this expedition will positively influence the players' perspectives and future lives.
