Hello! This is Ryusuke Inamura.
Three months have passed since I came to Germany.
The language is still difficult, but I think I've gotten used to life here!
My daily and weekly routine is gradually falling into place. On weekdays, I attend language school from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Before school, I wake up around 6:30 AM and start my day with a run or a walk! On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, there are team practices, and on either Saturday or Sunday, there's a league match!
I also feel like I'm finally getting the hang of cooking for myself. For the first two months after arriving in Germany, my menu was pretty much set every day and heavily skewed towards pasta. Recently, I've expanded my repertoire of side dishes. And the night before a weekend match, I always make oyakodon! Eating out in Germany has been great with many delicious places! The other day, I went to a Japanese restaurant with a Korean teammate. All the dishes were very delicious and not much different from what you'd find in Japan!

At the end of September, my teammates and I went to watch a Mainz 05 match, a team in the Bundesliga First Division. Mainz 05's home stadium is within walking distance from my house. It was my first time watching a Bundesliga match, and I was very excited. When I actually saw it, I was overwhelmed by the speed, the intensity at the ball, and the passion of the supporters! If you ever come to Germany, I highly recommend visiting a stadium to experience the excitement firsthand!!
